MTR pest jailed for 'disgrace'

A man who fondled a woman's buttocks and blew air into her armpit on an MTR train has been jailed for a month.

Western Court magistrate Eddie Yip Chor-man said repairman Chung Chi-kwong, 37, who denied indecent assault - and who had served a two-month term in 1994 for a similar offence - had acted disgracefully.

Two fellow passengers caught Chung on May 9 after the victim, a 21-year-old clerk who said Chung had touched her four times and then blown into her armpit, screamed. Another woman, 28, told police she had also felt Chung touch her.
