Gibraltar job for Chapple

FORMER Commander of British Forces in Hongkong, Field Marshal Sir John Chapple, has been made Governor of Gibraltar, the Foreign Office said yesterday. The 61-year-old retired Army chief of the general staff succeeds Admiral Sir Derek Reffell, who leaves on March 22 after three years.
