The Commission on Youth has produced a magazine-style publication to enhance public understanding of the Charter for Youth. A spokesman for the commission said the magazine had adopted a lively approach in introducing the various aspects of the charter with a view to encouraging more subscribers. About 360 organisations and 2,000 individuals already subscribe. Similar in style and format to most contemporary youth magazines, the magazine contains interviews, articles, stories and photographs which focus on the goals and principles of the charter which was first promoted in 1983. Free copies are available at the Marketing Office of the Government Information Services, Floor 17, Siu On Centre, 176-192 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, and all district offices.
