Inquiry on death doctor
DETROIT: Jack Kevorkian, the US doctor who has helped 15 people commit suicide, might be charged with murder next week for failing to stop the death of a patient who apparently changed his mind, prosecutors said yesterday.
Police allege that while he was assisting at the suicide of 70-year-old Mr Hugh Gale on February 15, Mr Gale changed his mind but Dr Kevorkian failed to remove a mask connecting him to deadly gas.
