A carnival followed by a five-hour party with dancing and singing will take place in Hong Kong Park on June 30, it was announced yesterday. Photographic competitions, a mini-auction and a mass wedding party will take place along with a mini-concert, organiser Spring Bloom Project Foundation said. The foundation, supported by Metro Broadcast, said profits would be given to help poor Chinese girls re-enter the education system.
