TWENTY-TWO suspected illegal immigrants were arrested when Marine Police seized two boats off Kwai Chung last night. The officers also arrested two men on the boat who they believed helped the mainlanders enter the territory. The illegal immigrants - agesranging between one and 43 - said they came from Shan Mei. The boats were towed back to the Sai Wan Ho marine base.
