Our verdict: We still can't figure out why the white dolphin, one of the most endangered animals in Asia, has been chosen as a symbol for Hong Kong. Still the coasters will stop stains if you slop your handover cocktails on to your handover table, except we don't know anyone who has done a table yet - what a marketing opportunity missed.
