FileNet Corp has introduced a shipping product called Discovery Suite which provides tightly integrated electronic document management, workflow, and document-imaging capabilities.
The company claims the product, which was first previewed in January, will increase effective enterprise-wide collaboration, reduce operating costs and improve customer service.
Users can capture and control electronic information, manipulate document images, and direct the flow of information and work to others within a workgroup, department, or entire organisation.
'FileNet customers want a robust product that is simple to use and delivers a world-class integrated document management solution to their enterprise business problems,' said Nixon Lee, FileNet's regional manager for greater China.
