Montenegro call added to routes

Montenegro's Adriatic port Luka Bar says it has signed two deals with foreign shipping companies to include the port on international container-shipping routes.

Both Sealand of the United States and Germany's Hapag Lloyd would call at Luka Bar every 15 days, starting late this month, a port official said.

He said that co-operation with Sealand was of particular importance for Montenegro because it would link Luka Bar and its business partners with a network of nearly 100 ports served by the US company.

Sealand's agent for Yugoslavia is Moko-marketing of Belgrade while Hapag Lloyd will be represented by Jugexpress, also of Belgrade.
