FPD to launch in Australia

FIRST Pacific Davies is to extend its network into Australia.

Franchise company First Pacific Davies (Australia) begins operations this month.

The company is to be jointly managed by former Bond Corporation Holdings chairman Mr Peter Lucas and Mr Walter Carpenter, formerly a general manager with FPD in Hongkong.

The franchise company will offer a range of property consultancy services, specialising in professional property management.

Mr Carpenter will look after the operational side of the business, with Mr Lucas overseeing the administration and public representation.

The extension of the First Pacific Davies network to Australia is a deliberate move to provide a fuller presence throughout Southeast Asia for institutional as well as private property investment clients.
