GLORIOUS Sun Enterprises (GSE) makes and supplies casual wear under a range of fashion labels, including Gap and Levi's.
The company has 23 factories in six countries that produce knitwear and woven wear.
Brokerage BNP PrimeEast recently placed a buy on the stock.
It said the prospects for the firm's rapid expansion on the mainland were very strong.
Analyst Nancy Ng, who wrote the report, said: 'Having first set foot in China in 1978, GSE is in a better position than most to be able to design for local tastes.' Ms Ng said that as the mainland modernised its economy, the demand for Western-style fashions - including those made by Glorious Sun - was certain to grow.
She said the company had established 271 retail outlets throughout the country and promoted its Jeanswest brand heavily.
