Is there anyone cleaning the busy streets of Kwun Tong district? Last Monday, directly opposite Kwun Tong Police Station, the green verge was littered with rubbish, mostly plastic water bottles, discarded by thoughtless drivers. By Thursday, not a single piece of rubbish had been picked up. And that's not all. On the road leading to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel tollbooths and by Lam Tin MTR Station, rubbish has been accumulating for months. I see it every day so I can talk with authority.
