Shanghai Gang Hu Properties Co, an indirect subsidiary of Kerry Properties, yesterday signed a five-year leasing contract with Philips Electronics China Group for about 5,000 square metres of office space in Kerry Everbright City, Shanghai. Philips has an option to take up a further two floors, or 3,235 square metres of space, in Tower I of the project within one year.
