Johnson in drug drama

ATHLETICS chiefs have been plunged into an embarrassed silence after 31-year-old Canadian Ben Johnson allegedly failed another drugs test.

Johnson, banned from the sport for two years when it was discovered he had used anabolic steroids to set world records and win a gold medal at the Seoul Olympics, was reportedly tested three times in six days at meetings in the United States and Canada.

One of the tests purportedly revealed an unusually high level of testosterone.
