'Video shots under skirt'

A reporter followed a young woman up an MTR escalator and filmed under her skirt with his video camera, a court heard yesterday.

Two men saw what Hsing Wa, 27, was doing at Causeway Bay station and told the woman. There was a fierce row as he refused to surrender his film, Eastern Court was told.

In court, he admitted loitering causing concern on July 7.

Magistrate James Lee Chung-yin adjourned sentencing to August 28.
