A MAN indecently assaulted an 18-year-old woman who had given birth to a baby a few days beforehand, the High Court heard.
The court was told Hui Chong-hing also committed two hold-ups on the same day, just six months after he was released from prison where he had served a 12-year term for robbery.
Hui, 33, pleaded guilty before Deputy Judge Gould to two counts of robbery and one of indecent assault.
The judge deferred sentencing to March 19 for psychiatric reports.
Senior Crown counsel Mr Graham Goodman told the court Hui entered a Kowloon flat through an unlocked door on the afternoon of September 7 last year.
He threatened the young mother and a 38-year-old woman with a rod-like knife sharpener.
He locked the older woman in the bathroom with the baby after she gave him her jewellery.
