Tomorrow eyes issue windfall

Electronics manufacturer and trader Tomorrow International Holdings is to issue 86 million warrants at an initial subscription price of 65 cents. If fully subscribed, the warrant - issued at a price of 30 cents - would represent 16.37 per cent of the enlarged share capital of the company. The initial subscription price was a 24 per cent discount to the closing price of 86 cents last Friday.
