The car hit the railings at the Waterloo Road flyover, outside Maryknoll Convent School, at about 2.30 pm, after a car cut in front.
The couple and the best man were unhurt. They flagged down a taxi to the Cultural Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui for their wedding, scheduled for 3.15 pm.
The 29-year-old driver suffered minor injuries to his hands and legs and was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
