Pacific Concord talks halted

Property developer Pacific Concord, whose shares have been suspended from trading since Wednesday, said a potential connected share transaction with its controlling shareholder fell through. Talks were halted after disagreements over certain material terms of the transaction emerged in the final stage of the discussion. The company's shares will resume trading today.
