Kathy Wong Kin-ho, executive director of Playright Children's Playground Association told Young Post parents could make their relationships with children much more harmonious by getting involved in games.

Ms Wong said adults could help increase the fun and excitement of games - and might even enjoy themselves.

She said many parents were reluctant to play with their children and made excuses for not joining in.

'They should have a right to play and enjoy a happy and healthy development through the provision of appropriate play environments, programmes and services,' she added.
