A former sales manager at Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa's Orient Overseas Container Line, Koo Yiu-wah, 38, yesterday changed his plea to guilty on charges of accepting $97,000 in bribes.

 He admitted 10 charges of accepting bribes from Li Chau-hung of transport firm Lee & Company.

 Li, 34, also pleaded guilty to 10 charges of offering advantages between November 1993 and February 1996. Sentencing was adjourned to September 30.
