A goldsmith's assistant admitted having unlawful sex with a 15-year-old girl who had split up with her boyfriend only hours earlier. A rape charge against Lee Lap-ping, 19, was dropped after his drinking partner was acquitted of raping the schoolgirl's friend on December 28 on Cheung Chau. Mr Justice Michael McMahon in the Court of First Instance adjourned sentencing until October 3 pending probation and detention centre reports.
