Shanghainese society doyenne Sally Leung has been bitten by the exercise bug.
Although in her mid 60s, Ms Leung's energy and joie de vivre would put any 20-year-old to shame.
To help with the workout plan, Ms Leung has a personal trainer in three times a week. Apart from running on the treadmill, Ms Leung does stretching exercises and light weights.
Her husband, Henry, also has a personal trainer.
Says Ms Leung: 'They are young people who tell me their personal problems, so while I'm exercising I am killing two birds with the one stone. I sometimes feel like an agony aunt but it takes the boredom out of exercise.' What's also interesting is Ms Leung has the same personal trainer (she declined to reveal her name) as Anson Chan Fang On-sang and Baroness Dunn.
'My personal trainer is very discreet. She never gossips and never talks about other clients.' And thank goodness for that. Imagine if people had to get their personal trainers, hairdressers, make-up artists et al to sign confidentiality agreements.
