Monday: I attended the CYC (Community Youth Club) executive committee meeting. Tuesday: There were individual interviews with teachers in charge of different subjects. We shared our views about teaching and non-teaching topics. Wednesday: I had discussions with colleagues on the criteria of Secondary Six placement and admission. A Parent-Teacher Association meeting followed for teachers and parents to understand more about the students at school and home. Thursday: Representatives of the Education Department, the alumni association and PTA attended the school Administration Committee meeting. It discussed school planning for the new term. Friday: I met with principals from 36 other government schools. We usually hold three meetings in a school term and this was the last one for the year.
