The Asian Development Bank says it has approved two mainland environmental loans. A loan for $156 million would go to reduce air pollution in Xi'an, Xianyang and Tongchuan by conserving energy and promoting cleaner fuels, it said. A loan of $100 million would go to improve water supply in Zhejiang.
