HONGKONG golfing prodigy Scott Rowe celebrates his 18th birthday today with thoughts of further sporting glory uppermost in his mind. The national amateur champion made headline news last month when he played alongside and upstaged American all-time great Tom Watson in the opening round of the Kent Hongkong Open. ''I have great memories of the tournament and I feel a little sad that it was over so quickly,'' said Rowe, whose dream week was completed when he partnered Spanish superstar Seve Ballesteros in the third round. Although his recollections of the most exciting week of his life remain vividly etched in his mind, Rowe is now concentrating his attentions on cementing his position in Hongkong golfing history. Before departing for co Said Rowe: ''I want to win the Club Championship again. It would mean a great deal to me.'' It would also take a brave man to bet against him.
