At Whampoa Gardens, asking prices climbed by 3 per cent and by 2 per cent in South Horizons, estate agents Midland Realty said.
Potential buyers were making offers and were more willing to negotiate, estate agents said.
'There is more interest amongst buyers today than there was last week,' said Patrick Kwok Tai-ping, senior property consultant with Chi Cheung Property in Taikoo Shing.
'Before I wasn't getting any offers and now people are putting in offers on flats and willing to negotiate,' Mr Kwok said.
According to a number of property agents, more end users were returning to the market and appeared willing to negotiate deals following the Chief Executive's policy address.
