Now, this is music. Sort them, scramble them. Hundreds and hundreds of tunes, no repeats.

The new CD player by Yanion Co Ltd holds up to 100 CDs. Stacked in vertical slots, 25 CDs fit into each of the four doors.

Edmund Yip, Yanion's assistant marketing manager, suggests consumers divide their CDs 'with one section for rock music, one for romantic songs and the like . . . or you can just mix it all up'.

About the size of an average ghetto-blaster, this hi-tech jukebox targeted primarily for home use will be on show at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair.

Since 1970, the Yanion Group has been producing a range of electronic products. Its first business focus involved cassette deck mechanisms for audio manufacturers. Later, the core business expanded to include car audio products, CD player mechanisms, video CD players and amplifiers.

In addition, it became involved in the production of precision springs used in computers, cameras and household appliances.
