Onfem arms secure licences

Two subsidiaries of Onfem Holdings have secured approval from Beijing to set up two ventures with their ultimate parent, China Nonferrous Metal Industry Corp's Foreign Engineering and Construction (Group) Corp. The licences enable Onfem's two subsidiaries to undertake construction projects of a different scale on the mainland unavailable to foreign companies.
