Hi-tech link in focus

The relationship between business and technology will be a central theme at the Hong Kong International Computer Conference '97, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre starting tomorrow.

The two-day conference, in its 20th year, aims to attract business leaders through addressing issues in three main areas: technology, applications, and management.

In line with the concept of 'one conference, two cities', - a policy adopted in 1994 - the conference also will be held in China.

The Hong Kong Computer Society, which is hosting the event, expects about 400 IT and management professionals to attend.
