Ex-amah guilty

A retired amah, Wong Kwan-fong, 53, who attacked her long-time friend in a public lavatory, was convicted of robbery. She battered Lau Shui-kwan, 63, with an umbrella before stealing $60,000, foreign currency and four bank pass-books. Wong was released on $5,000 cash bail pending background reports.
