The suns are shining on smiling faces and happy families on Twinsun. Then, an unusual rainstorm begins. This mysterious storm troubles the people of the beautiful planet of islands.

  This is the opening scene of Twinsen's Odyssey, the latest adventure from Activision and Adeline Software International. It is the follow-up to the hit Relentless: Twinsen's Adventure.

  Twinsen's Odyssey brings you the continuing tale of Twinsen and his quest to save his planet.

  The people of Twinsun welcome The Esmers, travellers who are initially friendly aliens but want to steal the magic that permeates Twinsun and nurtures its people.

   As Twinsen, you are compelled to save Twinsun from the Dark Monk, the mastermind behind the Esmers' malevolent plans.

  You must use wit and ingenuity to solve complicated puzzles which one by one move Twinsen closer to his goal. You also need to fight and survive in challenging situations.

  The quadruple-mood interface is used to put Twinsen in four different moods, each with its own abilities. Say, in normal mode, Twinsen can walk around and talk to people.

  Aggressive mode is used for fighting.

   If you want Twinsen to jump and run, use sporty mode. Discrete mode is for sneaking around and ducking.

  There are more than 200 different places for you to explore on three planets with more than 220 bizarre characters. The cartoonishly magical music and sounds are perfect for gameplay.

  All the characters are shown on-screen and you can hear them talk to each other. The voices are great and the graphics stunning.

 To play the game, you need a Pentium PC with at least 8 MB of RAM, 4 x CD-Rom drive, PCI card/SVGA local bus, and Sound Blaster card or compatible recommended.

 MEGAHINT: To recover your magic, sneak into the museum through the window on the second floor. The controls to the display case are there.

 MEGAHINT: Once the real FunFrock and all fake FunFrocks are dead, walk to the lava where the children are, or to the right side of the lava if they are not. Maybe there is a special ending if you manage to save them.
