Whimsy Entertainment Co has struck two agreements with privately run Wayton Industrial to raise about $31.8 million to repay bank borrowings and for general working capital. Under the agreements, Whimsy would place 47.6 million new shares to Wayton at 50 cents each and Wayton would provide Whimsy with an unsecured term loan facility of $8 million.
