Teacher fined for sauna fondling

Teacher Tam Chin-fai, 28, was convicted of fondling a 40-year-old property merchant as he slept after taking a sauna at the South China Athletic Association.

He had denied the charge in Eastern Court. Magistrate John Brennan fined Tam $2,000 and ordered him to pay $5,000 costs.
