FCB Hong Kong has appointed Carol Cheung as managing director, replacing Irene Lee. Paul O'Donnell, president of OgilvyOne Asia Pacific, will be taking a senior post within OgilvyOne Worldwide. He will be replaced by John Goodman, former managing director of Ogilvy & Mather Prague. Philip Goodstein has been made general manager of Bozell China.
