Sino Land Co will release another 76 units at its Grand Dynasty View development in Tai Po, raising the number of units on sale to 308. The price of the extra units is $5,718 per square foot, 9.2 per cent higher than the first 78 units put on offer. The sale will take place on Saturday. Registration for buyers ends today.
