Disney plans US$400m terminal

The Walt Disney Co wants to build a US$400 million cruise ship terminal, hotel and entertainment complex in San Francisco, according to a San Francisco Chronicle report.

The newspaper said Disney was looking at developing the area around piers 30 to 32 on the city's waterfront, near the planned site of the San Francisco Giants baseball stadium.

Among the features of the complex would be a 10-storey, 375-room hotel and a mall of restaurants and shops.
