Health-care group Ultronics International says it has successfully entered into an agreement to buy Quality HealthCare. Ultronics will pay $98 million for the company by issuing 140 million new shares at 70 cents each. Quality HealthCare controls a number of medical practices and provides relief nursing services to the Hospital Authority and private hospitals.
