Liburd sacked RICHARD Liburd has been sacked by Bradford after being convicted of assault.

The defender, 24, pleaded guilty to two charges of common assault when he app-eared at Nottingham Magistrates Court.

Bradford boss Chris Kamara said: 'I am disappoitned with the player and have been left with no alternative. This is a serious breach of club discipline and one that cannot be tolerated.'
