Why not use re-cycled paper?

FOLLOWING the letter from June Tong of Government Information Services (South China Morning Post, February 26), I have obtained a copy of the Save Money, Save the Earth booklet.

Whilst complimenting GIS and the Environmental Protection Department on the excellent content, I am at a loss to understand why the government printer is not using re-cycled paper.

Surely the Government should be setting an example? JANET SPENCE Wan Chai
