Wismar key to takeover move

Norwegian ship engineering group Ulltveit-Moe plans to make eastern Germany's Wismar port the hub of its shipbuilding if it takes over Wismar's MTW shipyard. The firm is competing against a German consortium involving Conti Reederei, Schoeller Holdings and Norddeutsche Vermoegen Holding which is also interested in the MTW yard.
