I WOULD like to commend the KELY group for their efforts to help distressed youths throughout Hongkong. However, I feel that the group may be insensitive towards one of the biggest problems that haunt teenagers in Hongkong. Lan Kwai Fong is supposedly a teenager's taboo. Yet, KELY's most recent fund raising appeal was launched in Lan Kwai Fong. In the light of the recent tragedy that occurred in there, why did KELY select that place? I am 17 years old and I want to support KELY. Should I go to a bar in Lan Kwai Fong to do that? LEONTINE CHUANG Shouson Hill
