Datastream has appointed Raymond Tse as regional manager, responsible for Greater China, the sub-continent and the Philippines.
In his new position, he will lead the sales and customer services departments of Datastream.
Ede Charlton, a member of the Arthur Andersen international network of law firms, has expanded its corporate and finance group by appointing Gavin Nesbitt a partner.
Mr Nesbitt, a specialist in corporate finance and general corporate and commercial law, was previously a partner at Holman, Fenwick & Willan in Hong Kong.
Equant Network Services Asia Pacific has named Andrew Bond-Webster president and chief executive officer for its operations in the Asia- Pacific region.
Mr Bond-Webster has been with Equant for the past seven years. He was appointed vice-president and general manager for Asia Pacific in 1993.
