The death of a Taiwanese teacher, Chui Wai-shun, 49, who fell from an upper floor of the YMCA in Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, last week, has been reclassified as murder. She was found lying on the fourth-floor podium with her head wrapped in polythene and bound firmly with adhesive tape.
