RANGERS star Paul Gascoigne will have to wait to learn if he faces punishment over his controversial flute-playing antics during the clash against arch rivals Celtic last month. The maverick England midfielder has already been fined ?20,000 by Rangers and issued a formal public apology after imitating a flute-player whilst warming up for the match on January 2 at Parkhead. Known as a symbol of a loyalist march, the incident produced a storm of protest from Celtic fans who have a huge following in Northern Ireland's nationalist community. The Scottish Football Association's Executive Committee discussed the matter during a seven-hour meeting on Tuesday and have decided to consult with the Scottish League on the matter. No date was given for the talks between the two.
