Multi-Asia International Holdings, formerly known as Chesterfield, is to raise $32 million from the issue of 300 million shares to independent third party Angelina Kwan. The shares are priced at 11 cents each, representing a 14.6 per cent premium to yesterday's closing price, or a 39.2 per cent premium to the average closing price in the 10 days to yesterday. The proceeds will be used as general working capital. The new shares represent about 9 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the company.
