Whimsy placement approved

Shareholders of indoor amusement centre operator Whimsy Entertainment yesterday approved a share placement to raise a net $15 million, slightly less than the $16.3 million initially expected. The placement involves the sale of 57.12 million new shares to an unrelated party, Ever Send, at 27.37 cents each - 10 per cent less than the expected maximum price.
