Eating fresh, healthy food is so important to Christine Chu (below) that she gets her weekly supply of fresh organic fruits and vegetables flown in from her native South Korea. 'I grew up on a farm and so I am used to fresh produce,' says Christine. The wild Korean mushroom is her favourite. 'They have this wild mushroom . . . which is very famous in South Korea, which is only found under a certain kind of pine tree which is 100 years old or more. It is absolutely delicious and can cost over $10,000 for a small portion,' says Christine, a keen cook. She also raises money for charity and is busy organising a concert by Jose Carreras to raise money for Food Aid, which helps starving children in North Korea. 'When I gave birth to my son, I realised how lucky he was. But not all children are born so lucky,' she says. 'That is why I plan to help needy children.'
