Harmony Asset is set to raise a net $8.5 million by placing 16 million new shares to independent professional investors at 55 cents each. The price represents a discount of about 1.8 per cent to yesterday's closing price of 56 cents. The placing shares represent about 16.67 per cent of the enlarged share capital of the company.
