Dynamic interim net up 3pc

Property company Dynamic Holdings showed a 3 per cent rise in interim attributable profits to $21.5 million in the six months to the end of December. Turnover grew about 1 per cent to $33.7 million. The group said the growth in profit was mainly due to improved rental income from the Dynamic Cargo Centre.
